Save Darfur

Darfur is a region located in the south west side of the country Sudan. This area is facing genocide due to problems between tribes and land possession. This problem has become a modern day genocide, more than 400,000 people have been killed in the last 3 years. People die when rebel militias known as the Janjaweed raid villages, killing the men, raping the women, kidnapping the children, stealing the cattle and grain and burning everything they come across. Because of the raids more than 2 million innocent people have found themselves forcibly displaced into internally displaced persons camps in the Sudan and refugee camps in the neighboring country of Chad.
